Spectator-participant plays

Spectator-participant (an eSports fan's) plays are recorded contemporaneously with the plays executed by a select professional eSports athlete through a human-computer interface of an Internet-connected client device associated with the gaming spectator-participant.

Comparison of eSports plays

Comparison and matching of spectator-participant plays with respect to plays by professional eSports athletes are processed.  Gaming performance data regarding the spectator-participant and select professional eSports athletes can be rendered on-line and on-screen.

Anticipated plays

Anticipated gaming plays can be collected from the spectator and matched with an actual play by the professional eSports athlete.

Performance rankings

Evaluating and ranking the performance of the eSports spectator-participant and eSports athlete.

Wagering

Spectators (and other gaming participants) can wager on the outcome of the matching, spectator-participant performance with respect to the athletes, and/or an outcome of the eSports event through a client device GUI.
